Today’s Question: Favorite Cookie?

As I’m building my blog and creating a space to get to know you, my viewers and listening audience a little better, I thought it would be a great idea to have a daily question you can tell me a little fun fact about yourself.  You can be as elaborate or as brief as you want here.  But today’s question is very simple.  In light of the evening tendency to want to get something sweet after a filling meal:

What exactly is your favorite kind of cookie?

May I tell you a little of my favorite first?  I absolutely love soft chocolate chip cookies that you know were baked fresh within the last 48 hours.  My favorite place to get them is at Perkins and Subway.
